The X1 is built on the company's self-developed material handling industry-level model, HCrobo, and is primarily used for transferring, stacking, palletizing, and depalletizing totes and original cartons.

The robot has a rated payload of 15 kg, a working height of 1.8 m, and a chassis speed of 2 m/s.
