ESTUN-KUZO was founded on July 18, 2022, as a high-tech enterprise incubated by Nanjing Estun Automation Co., Ltd., a leading domestic industrial robot manufacturer.

The company focuses on the R&D, production, and sales of collaborative robots, embodied intelligent robots, and their core components.

ESTUN-KUZO has launched multiple products, including the Codroid series humanoid robots, 17 high-end collaborative robots, and 4 composite mobile robots.

Its product payload range covers 3 to 35 kg, with downstream applications spanning industries such as automotive, home appliances, 3C electronics, and food logistics.

In November 2024, the company completed a Pre-A round of financing totaling 130 million RMB.
