Qiteng Robotics Unveils Yuanyu Zhixun Industrial Embodied AI Platform, Deploys 10,000+ Solutions
Qiteng Robotics recently held a brand launch conference at Chongqing Yuelai International Conference Center, unveiling Yuanyu Zhixun, the first application-level embodied AI platform for industrial scenarios.
Developed by Shengtong Energy, a listed company controlled by Qiteng Robotics, the platform relies on Qiteng's mature technology system and extensive deployment experience. It creates a closed loop between virtual simulation and real operations through four stages: environment pre-modeling, simulation task rehearsal, real-machine field operation, and global data feedback.
Before equipment is deployed, the system performs 3D modeling and scene understanding, planning inspection routes, scheduling tasks, and predicting operational risks. After real machines begin work, live data continuously flows back to the simulation platform to optimize algorithms and operational strategies.
The platform's core value is cost reduction and efficiency improvement: it shortens on-site debugging time, lowers trial-and-error costs, and enhances the priority and response efficiency of inspection decisions. Built on self-developed platforms such as RoboTwin Cloud and Sim Studio, it forms a continuous evolution loop of pre-modeling, simulation rehearsal, real-machine operation, and data feedback, making equipment smarter and more stable in real scenarios.
On this basis, Qiteng developed Seven Brain, a multimodal vertical large model, and built a multi-agent technology platform. This enables users to command robots as naturally as communicating with people, allowing robots to autonomously complete entire workflows. In the future, the platform's capabilities will gradually be open-sourced to the industry.
At the launch event, two new explosion-proof robots debuted by completing real work tasks. The X5 quadruped robot combines the efficiency of wheeled mobility with the obstacle-crossing flexibility of legged walking, adapting to complex industrial terrain such as stairs and cofferdams. It can autonomously handle complex road passage, gentle slopes, and adaptive posture adjustments.
The L3 wheeled robot focuses on oil and gas, chemical, and other industrial inspection scenarios. It has been fully iterated in protection level, modular architecture, motion performance, and environmental adaptability. Equipped with an independent sealed cabin and quick-maintenance interface, it can flexibly carry detection modules for different tasks. Both products share Qiteng's core technology base: high-precision motion control, full-dimensional environmental perception, intelligent navigation and positioning, and multi-device coordinated scheduling.
In terms of deployment scale, Qiteng Robotics has served more than 6,000 industry customers, covering over 40 countries and regions. It has deployed more than 10,000 industry solutions and accumulated over 8 million hours of safe production operation.
To meet customers' full life-cycle needs, Qiteng offers a dual-driven service model of sales and leasing, built a 7×24 localized response service system, and collaborates with ecosystem partners such as Ping An Property Insurance and JD.com in equipment insurance, logistics delivery, and after-sales operations and maintenance.
At the conference, Qiteng released a long-term vision rooted in industrial safety and expanding to comprehensive safety: by 2030, it aims to deploy mature special safety inspection solutions to 100 countries and regions and 60 sub-sectors of industrial safety scenarios. Starting from the core track of industrial safety inspection, it will continue to expand into humanoid robots, urban emergency response, disaster rescue protection, and livelihood safety guarantee scenarios.
